  Usually love this place, and have gone here for years. Just went in, was with two other people who asked for a product (Cold FX), and they were told that the store didn't carry it. I spotted a box of Cold FX, pointed it out and a staff member said, "no, that's not it...it's not the same one that you're thinking of" and then proceeded to push another product. Unfortunately, having staff who are okay with lying to customers to push other products made me turn right out and not buy anything. I don't care if someone says "yes we have what you are looking for, but can I recommend something a bit better...and here's why" but "no, we don't carry it" when it's sitting RIGHT THERE. That just gives zero credit to trust staff as being knowledgeable, truthful, and ethical. I will go back, but will steer clear of that staff member for sure!
