  I went in to have a gemstone mounted into a pendant for my girlfriend. Unlike some other jewelry stores I have been to I really felt welcome here. I spoke to them about what I wanted done and they game me their input and ideas with out trying to up sell. When it came to the price they were honest and straight foreword. To top this off the work was done very quickly. I had quotes from other stores saying it would take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to have a simple pendant setting done. It was done here in 4 days (I went in on Friday and picked it up the following Tuesday). I would recommend Vanessa's they are a wonderful locally owned business.

  Wasn’t impressed with the craftsmanship. Had custom peices done and they were/are aysmmetrical and irregular looking. Even ring resizing seems to have been done without care to ensure band is even. Scrapes and damage to the side of my engagement band too which I am not happy about. Given the poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail I am hesitant to go back to get the work revised. Not cheap to have work done here either. Save your money and go somewhere else.
