  Music is WAY too loud. I usually leave before buying anything/way less than I came in for because the music is TOO LOUD. There are people with sensory conditions, auditory conditions and mental illness who cannot handle the noise level. It is very inconsiderate and driving away business.

  Tried clothing on in packed store for a hour line up was insane. Had two jackets cause it was apparently a buy one get one for 1c sale. After standing in line for 20 minutes or so I find out that "cabin fever brand is excluded from sale"... MARK YOUR SALE DISPLAYS as clearly EXCLUDED FROM SALE. You lost a customer this isn't 1st time I've been screwscrewed over here
