  Went to drop off a prescription at the drop off desk. The lady behind the desk said that she'll be with me in a few minutes. I overheard her speaking out loud with the pharmacist that she has been telling people to come back either in four hrs or the next day. I asked her out loud if that was actually the case. She said yes it is in a rude fashion. I replied that this kind of service is not worth my time and I'd rather go somewhere else. I went to Forbes Guardian Pharmacy and was treated promptly and friendly, just the way it should be. Makes me wonder why we should be supporting these big box type businesses if they don't respect their customers, although I've had good results at other Shoppers Drug Marts. Maybe it's just a bad management issue at the Langford store.

  My friend and I were in the beauty boutique swatching some testers because we both came there for items and a blonde lady with bangs comes up to us and says " don't touch anything because you won't be able to buy it because you're teenagers. You don't have enough money" when in reality we did and didn't end up buying what we wanted because of this experience. I expect her to be fired.
