  Ted and Doug are down to earth people. They do not try to upsell you. Labour cost is almost half of what Barnes is charging and as long as the shop is not busy, you will get your bike back in a day. Harley Parts and accessories are way cheaper than the dealerships. The shop is clean, bikes and tools are laid out nicely and if you want, they can show you around. After I brought my Harley in for maintenance, Doug proceeded to educate me on what he did, what needs to be done in the future and most importantly why the repairs had to take place. If he says he will charge you an hour, he will charge you just the hour as promise even after the service took longer and it is reasonable. Ted and Doug have the experience to determine if your upgrade ideas are good. If it is not, they will say so and give you alternative solutions unless you are insistance. They have an off season rate that which i suggest taking advantage of. They give military discount and do sell Amsoil.

  This is the best place to take your Harley for service anywhere on Vancouver Island. They work on all Harley models, as the local Harley dealer is unable to help anyone with a bikes earlier than 2005. Ted and Doug are a class act and if you have issues will while on the road they will have you back on your trip as quick as they can. They are known as far away as Californis for their accomodating service to travellers. Highly recommended!
