  Wish they would stock better products. Their resource for bugs is in need of change! ALL of their crickets, superworms, mealworms, waxworms, everything that comes from cherry creek is infested with mites. Without fail, every time i purchase crickets, or any other bug for that matter they're always loaded up with mites. To be clear the mites do not come from petsmart, but from their bug supplier. Time to switch it up!

  Kendra helped us find the exact product we were looking for. She spent lots of time with us even though it was close to closing time and she was just very helpful and thoughtful. Such excellent customer service is rare and it makes all the difference to a shopping experience. We will definitely shop at Millstream PetSmart again!
