  I bought a Benchmade Subrosa pocket knife that came to almost $300 after tax. When i bought it the service seemed good. However after 3 weeks when it started to jam when opening (to the point where i could hardly get the lock to release, because it was slipping too far) the man said he would take care of it. once i got it back nothing had been done to it and when i talked to the other guy (tall, skinny, messy hair) the guy said in definitive and condescending way like i was a moron that "it is not what i would consider a warranty issue." after going back and forth and me asking him to just send it to Benchmade and I WILL cover shipping he told me that he wouldn't. i was treated like I was a complete idiot, while i stood there with an undeniable warranty issue. I am an extremely patient and reasonable person, and getting me fired up like i was takes an awful lot. THE worst customer service experience of my life, if i ever go back it will be to tell them how lousy of an experience I had.I recommend to shop somewhere else.. Too bad since they have such a great selection...
