  I recently had Heat Savers remove an old gas fireplace from my house and replace it with a new Valour model. The sales rep Duncan came to my house and listened to what we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field. On installation day, Chelsea and Dave attended and in the same day, removed the old gas fireplace, framed in the area for the new one, installed cement board and the new gas fireplace. Chelsea and Dave were amazing and extremely professional. My overall experience with everyone I dealt with was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was polite, smart, clean in appearance and ensured any mess was cleaned up. I cannot express how much my experience with Heat Savers was incredible from start to finish. I would recommend Heat Savers to anyone wishing to change their existing fireplace out. Kudos to the Team at Heat Savers. Choosing Heat Savers was one of the best choices we have ever made for our home.
