We had two love seats reupholstered by Greggs, and I will never do business with them again. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but one person's loud, abrasive, arrogant attitude made us literally run for the exit, twice....the second time we had to go in to view the completed couches and pay the balance owing. While I certainly understand the challenges of meeting deadlines, I do not understand this display of anger and indignation directed towards us for simply stating "well, I'm disappointed". Terrible customer service.
