I take my kids here occasionally to get a treat as I'm sure many parents do. I don't expect much. It's a crappy job to work the till at a fast food joint, we all get it. But the level of rudeness and incompetence by the staff is just staggering.

This is the only Dairy Queen I've actually found best to avoid due to poor management. I live beside this location, and I'd still rather go to Hillside or Oak Bay.
