  I went in looking for bedside tables & was shown around the store. The salesman also looked on the Brick website to show me other tables that weren't in the store. Having been in customer service all my life, I appreciated the great customer service.

  Customer service is proportional to competition, this is why the experiences in some of the stores in Vitoria is not pleasant. The Birck is one typical example. Make sure what your are buying is the correct and COMPLETE material on your own responsibility. Once money is out of your pocket the game is over. NOBODY cares here about customer experience/ satisfaction. The sales person survive on the commission... you enter the shop like one nee pray. If you check out every thing on your own and if you are lucky then you might end up giving good rating! BEST OF LUCK
