  Bought some expensive lights that I wasn't happy with because they weren't holding charge. Tried to bring them back, but was told that those were high quality lights and the issue wasn't the lights, it was that I wasn't charging them the right way. I was told I should be using my iphone charger cube to charge them instead of my computer usb port. But I had already been doing that as well as my comp. usb. Also, I am unconvinced that would make any difference. It felt pushy and condescending. I am still dissatisfied with my purchase. Also it was a waste of my time to come there and be told to come back again if things didn't go well now that I knew how to do it "the right way". They meant well but I won't be going back.
