  I am a local contractor that tries hard to buy local and especially CANADIAN! Everytime I go there I try real hard to buy product but always get frustrated and leave. I get why some like it as regulars are treated well; to the point that guys like me don't get service at all. Suggestion to Management: save your advertising money because only the regulars will buy here. There is no point advertising to non regulars if you don't give a s__t.
