  I had wooden flooring and vinyl installed. The installers (Greg - (wood) and Dennis/Leslie (vinyl) both did an awesome job and were very personable to deal with. If you do this, be prepared for extra painting/touch ups, your own baseboard installation if the old baseboards are not high enough for the flooring. Also, two of my doors need to be planed at the bottom as they will not close over the finished moulding pieces. I would also like to thank Dennis/Leslie for the their finishing touches (reinstalling doors, moving furniture and appliances, and dealing with toilets). ...and one last thing.....the order was processed Sept. 23rd and the wood/vinyl were installed on separate dates with the project finishing on Nov. 10th. I have given a 5-star rating, but Jordan's could improve on their project start/finish times.
