- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2019-11-30, by Joseph FocklerTook my laptop in after the screen started malfunctioning, the tech took one look at it and told me it needed a new panel but I wouldn't like the price. Instead of just taking my money he directed me where to look to replace the screen myself. Repairing it myself went without a hitch. I really appreciated the honesty.
