  I wish my post were positive, but in fact, as a customer I feel flatly ignored and undervalued. My eyeglasses have been in for 3 weeks, to fix a broken lens. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks. I called today to inquire. The woman in charge (I'm guessing), Joanne, said they came in 9 days ago but the WRONG lens was 'fixed'. ONE lens was broken. HOW DO YOU REPAIR AN UNBROKEN LENS???That's very weird to me. She decided I didn't need a call to let me know they would be late. If I hadn't called today, I'd still be waiting for the rest of this week and next, which pushes the expected time I 'may' receive my only pair of updated prescription glasses to ONE MONTH!!! Apparently, it was deemed unnecessary to let me know. I paid dearly for those glasses. I've been a client for 10+ years. I don't even get a courtesy consideration. Incompetent and unacceptable.
