  Came in here after work with my wife at 11pm ish to get some food for dinner including some instant noodles, water, beef jerky, chicken wings and a few other things. After spending about $35 dollars we went to put some hot water in our cup noodles and thinking that we could sit down and eat them, cause there are tables and chairs in the store. As we were pulling out the chair and table we were told that we were not allow to sit there and eat, is against the policy - told by staff Matt. I was upset by his customer service, his was very rude. If that is the policy, then why not have a sign or why even have tables or chairs around if is not for customer use. The worst is when i continued with adding hot water in my noodles, I swear once just in my voice and not to anyone else, cause I was still upset, Matt told me to leave the store and he will file a report to the police. File a report about what?? I couldn't believe he can even say that, is just not right. That is extremely rude the fact is I didn't really did anything. I felt so threaten by his attitude. Also when I ask for a refund for everything that I just purchased cause I didn't like his customer service, he refused to refund and told me to leave the store. Seriously?? This is what I get after spending $35 dollars for some dinner food and just want to sit down relax to eat what I bought. This is unbelievable the kind of treatment I get from this one staff. 7 eleven, is this all is about? You just want your customer get what they need, pay the money and get the hell out? Otherwise you would file a report to the police (cause I paying for your service) and kick people out? Is non sense, and by the way I was only there for short time like 5mins. Even if I were allow to sit and finish my noodles, I would only be 10mins top the most. And for this, you would file a report on. What a joke.
