  Bought two cooling memory foam pillows. Told no returns on pillows as soon as I pulled them out of the box they both had tears in the liner of the pillow. Both pillows had chunks of memory foam missing. Price is the same as the other pillows I have bought in the past but the memory foam has few layers less it seems and the cooling doesn't work that well as my other pillows. Overall not recommended-costco sells one very very similar for $25 if cheap if what you're looking for. Salesmen were very nice and just doing there job but oh my gosh the products are Chinese and expensive.

  Horrible, horrible experience. All about the upsell. You "need" pillows, comforters, and the worst mattress cover ever. None of this goes individually on the bill, and the prices change by the minute. The box spring that was delivered did not match the mattress even though that is what I asked for and paid for. The one I was left with is filthy dirty. Watch out for delivery times. They will waste your whole day and leave dirty hand prints on your walls. Go elsewhere, anywhere else!
